This website lets customers browse Lovely Coffee House products and Lovely Rooms information, then continue an order or booking enquiry on WhatsApp.
Information you provide
The website does not take card payments or require a customer account. Information you choose to send on WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp and used by Lovely Coffee House or Lovely Rooms to respond to your enquiry.
Lovely AI and voice
If you use Lovely AI, your typed question is sent to the website's Cloudflare-hosted AI service to generate a response. If your browser needs cloud speech transcription, the audio you record is sent to the same service for transcription. Spoken replies may also be generated by the cloud voice service. If you explicitly enable the “Hey Lovely” wake feature, a supported browser may keep speech recognition active while the page is open so it can detect that phrase; you can turn wake mode off at any time, and it stops when the page is hidden or closed. Browser speech recognition may be provided by the browser or operating-system vendor. These voice features are optional; you can use the menu, Rooms and WhatsApp without them. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in AI questions or recordings.
Technical information
To prevent an unfinished Coffee House order or Lovely Rooms availability form from disappearing during an accidental refresh or same-session navigation, the site may store the current cart, fulfilment choice, active menu category, and room booking details you have typed (such as guest name, room type and dates) in browser session storage. If you enable Hey Lovely or a hydration reminder, the related preference and reminder time may be stored in your browser so the feature can continue when you return. For abuse protection and fair AI/voice throttling, the site may also create a random anonymous browser identifier in local storage. It is not an account and is not intended to identify you by name. Cloudflare may process basic delivery/security logs such as IP address, browser information and request timestamps. Do not send payment-card details through this website.
On-device purchase follow-up and recommendations
Opening WhatsApp does not prove that an order was completed. If the website handed an order to WhatsApp, it may temporarily save that order summary on this device and later ask whether you completed it. Only after you confirm a completed purchase can you choose to enable a short product recommendation every two weeks. The purchase confirmation, recommendation preference, recent item names and next recommendation date are stored in this browser only; they are not a customer account, are not sent to Lovely Coffee House by this feature, and do not collect your phone number. You can turn recommendations off from any recommendation popup. On-screen recommendations appear when you return to the website or installed PWA; they are not background SMS messages or guaranteed notifications while the site is fully closed.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and Cloudflare-hosted AI services are third-party services used to provide messaging, hosting and optional AI/voice features. Their processing is subject to their applicable privacy and service terms. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry or AI conversation.
